Computers, physics, and technology have always been points of interest for me. My curious obsession for how things work drove me to study electrical engineering at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT, where I worked on various projects. These included a Morse code translator, a sound-controlled Arduino-based car, and an Arduino-based pump regulator for one of NASA's CubeSats. Some specific areas of study I enjoyed were Transmission Line Analysis, Communication Systems, Energy Systems, and Real-Time Control Systems. I also rowed on the Men's Club Rowing team, continuing my commitment from Arlington-Belmont Crew. I have rowed in Head of the Charles several times and ACRA twice. After brushing into programming during my education, and having script editing become my main duty while working at Raytheon, I was compelled to learn more. I found interest in General Assembly, and completed their 12-week software engineering immersive in order to pick up the skills I needed to join the industry. Now, I am searching for an opportunity to exercise and develop my ability as a programmer. I excel at creative, logical problem-solving, understanding complex algorithms, and building suitable solutions to satisfy given desires and constraints. I have an appetite for anything new, and a will to learn.
